Dust of Dolls website allow you to pay by different payment methods:
• By Credit Card Layaway (credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD...) :
Our website is using a secure payment system to bay by credit card using Stripe, that accepts credit cards from most of countries.
When you choose the "Layaway by Credit Card" option, you will be able to pay in three instalments.
When you select this option, a three part layaway will be automatically planned.
Within 48h after your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your layaway plan. Then every month we will send you an email with a payment page link for you to pay directly through Stripe (by card), keeping a track in your order history of your payments.
The amounts are calculated automatically and won't be customizable. It will always be the total amount of your order divided by three, as refered in your layaway plan. The only exceptions is the possibility to combine two instalments or to postpone the 2nd/3rd payments, and will only occur by your specific request.
The first instalment is due within 7 days after receiving the email with the payment page link. For the second and/or third payments, if you encouter personnal obligations or difficulties, payments can be postponed, just warn us through your order history.
Your order will be send to you only if all the payments have been fulfilled.
If you cancel your order after seven days, the first payment won't be refunded.
• In one time by Card (credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD...) :
Our website is using a secure payment system to bay by credit card using Stripe, that accepts credit cards from most of countries. Stripe is compatible with security checking, and should work with mostly all banks security systems, if you encounter some difficulties, please contact us.
To pay the total amount of your order, you just have to fill the credit card payment form at the end of the validation process, on the payment method choice page.
You have 7 days to cancel your order and be automatically refunded through the credit card that was used. However it is possible that Stripe charge some fees that won't be refunded.
• By Bank Wire (for the SEPA countries) :
The informations for the bank wire will be given after completing your order, and you will receive a confirmation email with all information and possible layaway plan within 48h.
All payment must be in € Euro (EUR).
We accept layaways in two or three payment by bank wire, please tell us in your order history if you have any specific request.
The first payment must be sent within 10 days after your order. The next instalment(s) after intervals of approximatively 30 days.
As we can't always see all informations about the bank wire we receive, do not hesitate to tell us when you've made a bank wire through your order history.
If you cancel your order after seven days, the first payment won't be refunded.
We have been charged massive fees when receiving bank wire from non-SEPA banks, for the moment we will not accept bank wire from foreign banks that can't provide SEPA.
