Orders and Shipments

As some of you may already know, we have encountered problems with Paypal since the beginning of the preorder, and those problems are not solved yet. Because of that, the funds for the preorder have been blocked, and we have had to find by ourselves the sum to pay our different suppliers.

Thus, the shipment from the factory to us has been delayed.

Moreover, the customs have kept our dolls for10 days, which has extended the delay.

But in spite of all that, we eventually received the dolls, and have sent the first ones today!

Keep an eye on your emails, for in the next couple of weeks we will have sent emails to each of you to keep you updated with the progress of your order.
